Jessica went into Bailey's Market to pick up some items for dinner

Jessica went into Bailey's Market to pick up some items for dinner. It was a rainy and windy day and every time a customer opened the door, the wind would blow water inside the market. As Jessica was walking into the market, she slipped and fell in approximately 1/2 inch of water that had accumulated on the floor. The store manager was aware of the weather conditions but did not post any signs to warn customers about the hazard. Jessica injured her back as a result of the fall and sued Bailey's Marked for damages. Can Bailey's be liable for Jessica's injuries in this situation. Please explain your response.
