Using scholarly sources from the CSU Online Library, research a healthcare organization data breach that has occurred within the last 5 years.

Write a report that includes the following elements:

• an introduction,
• a summary of the data breach, and
• security measures that the health care organization should have implemented to prevent the breach and how the organization can keep it from happening again.

Your report should be at least two pages in length, be double-spaced, and be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font. Please be sure to use at least two resources, and adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
