Calculate the net charge for the following nonapeptide:                             

                         [Tyr - Ala - Phe - Lys - Gly - Cys - Ser - His - Asp]

        (1). what is the charge of each amino acid as it is helpful in order to calculate the overall net charge? 

        (2). What is its mobility according to the charges? 

Note: I know that the overall net charge of the nonapeptide is zero because I just got an answer for this question before, but I would like to know upon this the corresponding charges of each amino acid in the R-chain.  Which has 0, +1, or -1 ... etc.
