As a small business owner, discuss what you would do to meet the ethical goals of your company. There are several ethical models a business owner can use to help determine how ethical a choice is; that is The Golden Rule, Utilitarianism, Universalism, and Billboard Principle. Select one of these models that you would implement in your business and explain why you selected that specific model.
