3. Read the BCG matrix in Strategic Matrices lecture. Determine where your company fits on the matrix. Explain whether this position is good or bad for your company. (3 points)
4. Read the SWOT matrix in Strategic Matrices lecture. Identify 2 SO and 2 ST strategies for you company. (4 points)
