Using the same format as the FSPIP papers, write a paper on a substance abuse policy of your choosing. These papers are normally 25 points, but you need to make up 65 points, so your papers will need to go into more depth.

Instead of the normal 2.5 pages, your papers will each need to be between 3 and 3.5 pages long. The template for the paper can be the same as with the other FSPIP papers, but you will need to dive a little deeper into each section to make sure you fully cover the issue, scope, policy, impact, and your reaction. Use the existing template and rubric to help you as you write.
