The journal should consist of a reflection upon your own experience with the key term identified in this week's readings. Make it personal, remember that this is a reflection. Draw from examples and observations from your life and experience.

2. Answer this questions (include the question in the assignment and then your response following it)

A)Which of the four communication styles described in the Forbes article, above, are you? Were you surprised by the outcome of the assessment? Why, or why not? If you feel another communication style describes you better, which one is that?
B) What is a specific example of a time when your communication style was helpful and valuable?
C) With what other communication style do you have the most difficulty? Can you think of a particular person or situation where you have a lot of conflict within communications? Using your understanding of these four communication styles, why might communications be more difficult with this person or in this situation? (do not name the person)

D) Choose two of the other communication styles and, for each, provide an example of what you might do differently to communicate more effectively with them.
