Educational Impact:

As children today are becoming digitally native - teachers need to embrace technology but it is not a replacement of instruction rather a tool.   plenty of articles supporting this, and the inconclusive nature of the meta research projects would imply that technology has no advantage to learning but need to stay relevant.  Use of social media for example.
