Grant Planning and Project Design

The greatest thing about The Center for Family Resources (CFR) is that it is a one-stop resource center that supports people in becoming self-sufficient through financial stabilization, housing, and education. But, unfortunately, although their programs help adult family members with education, children are significantly more likely than the general population, or comparison children in stable housing, to have delayed development, learning difficulties, and higher rates of mental health problems (Vostanis, 2018). Data shown children from K-12 with a comprehensive approach using hands-on learning coupled with global education by applying STEM challenged student's inflexibility and creativity in critically thinking by learning technology, social skills, and media. According to Coley & Scheinberg (2017), a good proposal consist of understanding the community's needs and how to resolve the problem. CFR has a solid donor base that can help fund why submitting a proposal to The NEA Foundation. The funding planning team consists of the board of directors, the advisory board, the development department, community, state, and local affiliates. While working with the children doing the COVID-19, virtue class has decreased math, science, and reading scores for minority students. By setting a nonprofit after-school program for students of all ages, our program can improve standardized test scores for all levels.
