This course is designed to provide you with a basic understanding of some of the most important concepts in psychology. When you walk away from the course, I hope you have a better sense of why people might do the things they do, how groups influence individual behavior, how we learn, the basic functions of the brain, and an understanding of the need to reduce the stigma around mental illness.
