2. Identify a lateral violence issue that influences health care delivery. It can be an issue that you are currently experiencing at work, or it can be an issue that you have discussed in class or heard about in the media.
3. Describe the significance of the issue to you. Why is the issue meaningful to you? Why are you interested in resolving the issue? Why does this issue need to be faced by nursing professionals?
4. Your paper proposal is to be one (1) page typed, double spaced, 12 point font, in Times New Roman and APA format. Organization of thoughts, sentence structure, grammar, and spelling are all important in this assignment. It does need an appropriate title page.
5. Do NOT use a Running Head for this proposal, your paper draft or final paper. You must still have a Title Page, appropriate APA formatting, but do not include a Running Head.
