Each week you will complete an individual discussion.

PART |: INITIAL POST a

e Your initial post is due by Wednesday at 11:59 pm MT.; it should be 150-200 words in length.

e All elements of Group and Team Business Plan Part Il must be complete.

e To receive full credit it must illustrate through accurate use of specific terminology and

references to the week’s content that you have read and fully understood the primary concepts for the week.

 

e Assertions and terminology-specific information should be supported by properly cited in-text references to the assigned readings.

 

PART Il: PEER RESPONSES AND REPLIES NOTE: Your two peer critiques are due by

FRIDAY this week (at 11:59 pm MT). This will enable your peers to incorporate your feedback before they submit their assignments on Sunday.

 

e To provide your feedback to your assigned peers, reply to their initial post and wither paste the completed rubric for each peer into the discussion text pane OR attach the completed rubric as an MS Word document.

 

e To receive full credit you must use the Peer Critique Rubric J

the posts of two of your peers. To do this well, pretend you are the instructor grading the student’s paper.

 

e Following the point-based items in the rubric, your written feedback (at least 150 words)

to your peer must be constructively worded and offer content-based suggestions (not merely experiences and/or opinions) which compel the author to think more deeply about specific elements of their draft. Here is a short list of tactics you might wish to employ in your peer response:

 

o Supply additional evidence in support of your peer's idea(s).

 

o Challenge your peer to consider other perspectives by sharing additional evidence, asking specific follow-up questions, or identifying potential oversight and opportunities to improve their position.

 

o Provide constructive feedback, including providing specific examples of what they did well and why it was effective or providing respectful, specific examples of what needs improvement and why.
