In Week 3, you learned about the importance of team leaders creating compelling arguments for team resource needs. This week you were reminded that careful pre-planning by leaders creates the fertile soil in which high-performing teams convene, grow, and perform.

As you think about the proposed team in your demonstration project, especially now that you understand the concept of scrum and working in sprints, offer a content-based post which answers each of the

following questions: _

1. What is the role of a team’s leader in a scrum team, and in what ways does it differ from a leader's role for more traditional teams?

2. As a leader, identify the three to five most important financial, physical, and political needs of your proposed team.

3. Based on the needs you have listed, with whom do you need to meet prior to convening your team to secure those resources and/or support?

4. Explain:  eo how you will approach these people;

o what strategies you will use (with a specific focus on stakeholder interests);

o in what order you will approach them, and; why.
