Pursuing a doctoral degree requires commitment to continual self-improvement, and perseverance in achieving your goals despite setbacks. Every module requires renewed focus and commitment to successfully completing the assignments needed to gather the knowledge and practical skills to complete your doctoral study. 

Discuss a serious challenge (e.g., personal, professional, academic, etc.) you encountered during your education. How did it affect you and/or interfere with the completion of your educational goal(s)?

More importantly, share with the class how you overcame that challenge. What strategies, approaches, resources, lessons, wisdom, or mindset(s) did you develop that you can use as you pursue your DBA doctoral degree and encounter similar setbacks?

Please be sure to respond to at least two classmates on any part of your shared experiences in triumphing over your challenges.
