 For this discussion, you are going to take a look back at how far you have come as a communicator, what you still need to work on, and what strengths you possess. Please answer EACH of the following questions with a three to five sentence answer, utilizing personal examples, information from readings, or general observations.

1. Since the beginning of the course, what, if anything, have you learned about how you communicate? What has changed in your communication that has made you a better communicator?
2. What have you found as one of your weaknesses as a communicator? How are you going to try to make yourself more effective in this manner?
3. What skill is a strength of yours and how do you envision being able to apply it in your future career?
