Part I. Personality Assessments

2.            Social-Cognitive Assessment. Summarize the General Self-Efficacy Scale assessment, which has its foundations in Bandura’s beliefs about self-efficacy (Ch. 17, pp. 544-54). Write 45+ words.

3.            Social Learning Assessment. Summarize the Internal–External Control Scale assessment that was developed by Julian Rotter (Ch. 18, p. 581 & Table 18.1) This is a very famous test and sometimes is called Rotter’s “Locus of Control Scale.” Write 45+ words.
