Watch this video clip of The Daily Show With John Stewart  (*there is some language at the very end of the clip) about cable news polls and their reflection of public opinion.  After you have reviewed the clip, answer the questions below. 

Each question should be answered fully in paragraph form (minimum 4-5 sentences) and should use correct punctuation and grammar.  After you have answered the questions, submit to the appropriate Dropbox.

1. What keywords/phrases do you hear being used by the media to confuse and/or bias the participants (from the video) of the different surveys? (7 points)
2. How does the wording of a question in a poll/survey potentially impact the results? (7 points)
3. This clip is from 2009, and yet it still very relevant today.  In fact, the same clip could probably be pulled from the news this evening.  How does one become a critical consumer of information and research (i.e., how do we teach kids to find reliable, non-biased, correct information) rather than succumbing to clickbait? (10 points)

Each question is answered using appropriate grammar and punctuation and is of appropriate length. (6 points)
