By defunding it helps to invest in institutions, resources, and services that help communities grow and thrive. • Remove police officers rights to use excessive force when harm is not done towards them/ allow them to be easily prosecuted by the stated in order to insure that they have to think twice about the harm they are about to cause. • Redirect police departments in Minneapolis in order to reteach them about their purpose to serve and protect all races and to provide safety first instead harming what they need to protect. • Use community feedback to inform police department policies and practices
