In this assignment, you need to apply the knowledge you acquired in the course to date in addition to doing further research on the company or industry of your choice.

You will identify, analyze, and summarize the opportunities and threats faced by the industry or the businesses seeking to expand into global markets. Develop your idea and show your analysis using just two elements of SWOT analysis, opportunities and threats which are external elements of the company or industry, hence focusing on the business, political, cultural, and economic aspects relevant to the company or industry of your choice.

Please use a specific example of a company or an industry as a base of the analysis. Remember, it is your choice of a company or an industry.

Use course readings and independent research in the library to identify your case and provide support for your analysis with specific examples. Also, use at least three external sources, not a textbook, to support your argument. Make sure to reference using APA style.
