According to the podcast, I would be considered a lark. I feel tired early, typically around 8 or 9 p.m. However, I will admit that despite feeling tired, I often stay up later than I should. I think that my phone usage is going against my natural sleep cycle, as when I get in bed, I stay up on my phone. Even though I use a blue-light filter, I can tell in real time that the phone is contributing to me staying up later than my body wants.

I wouldn't say I have any issues with insomnia or alcohol use. However, I do ingest caffeine more often than I should. However, I was a bit confused on the podcast's outlook on caffeine. It suggests that it's purely negative as when it wears off, you'll feel even more tired than you were before. However, I don't see an issue with ingesting caffeine in the morning, as your body is in the process of waking up. In that scenario, a cup of coffee would seemingly just assist in that natural waking-up process. Regardless, I would accept that not ingesting caffeine regularly is likely better for the body.
