This assignment will give you an opportunity to apply an email messaging pattern and instruction writing process to an instructional email message.

Choose one of the following business processes for which you will prepare the instructions:

• how to book a virtual meeting for multiple people using MS Outlook, which includes creating and linking a zoom call, attaching documents, and starting the meeting
• how to operate a central photocopier/printer, including how to copy using a code, print documents from email, and scan documents to email
• how to close a shift in a restaurant, including cleaning, restocking, and cashing out procedures
• how to conduct a business interview, including question preparation, possible assessments, and follow up procedures
• how to run a staff meeting/shift meeting, including organizing the meeting, topics to discuss, and assigning action items
• how to create a social media page for business, including preparing a schedule, starting the page, and follow up task

]2. Create a set of instructions that includes an introduction, a step-by-step body, and a conclusion.

Include 15 - 25 sequential steps using commands.

Sub-divide the steps into sections with a brief summary between sections.

Prepare the instructions in an email template including the basic email principles learned.
