In addition, reflect on potential ethical dilemmas connected with the two leadership styles.
This assignment should be between 1000 and 1600 words in length (approximately 4 to 6 double-spaced pages, not counting title page, abstract, and references).
It should adhere to APA documentation standards. Be sure to document your work carefully and use at least four academic references, including the assigned case. (Hint: You may find the references at the end of the Abell, Robbins, and Xiao case helpful as additional resources.)
Your assignment should be well organized; your arguments should be well developed and supported. Be sure to proofread your work for proper grammar and mechanics.
Check the rubric for this assignment if you want to be certain about how the assignment will be graded.
Please use the following first-level and second-level APA headings to organize your paper. Note that there are two second-level headings under the Welch and Immelt headings. Remember that first-level headings are centered and bolded. Second-level headings begin at the left margin and are bolded.

Consider such questions as: Would Welch’s style have been more or less appropriate during the years when Immelt was CEO? How about today? Would Immelt’s style have worked better or worse during the earlier years when Welch was CEO? How did the changing situation at GE determine what type of leader the organization needed?
Communication Styles
