Using the Mitchell article for reference, describe an effective organizational change. You are encouraged to use your own experience in presenting and analyzing this change; you’ll be doing primary research (meaning observation). But in the event you have had no such experience, you may research a suitable organizational change (answering the questions through secondary research). In your post:

• Identify and describe the organization and the change you are discussing.
• Apply Lewin’s three stages of change to the incident.
• Apply force-field analysis to analyze the resistance to change encountered during the change process.
