In Discussion Forum 7, post your response to the following discussion question. Reply to at least two classmates’ responses by the date indicated in the Course Calendar.

Using the Mitchell article for reference, describe an effective organizational change. You are encouraged to use your own experience in presenting and analyzing this change; you’ll be doing primary research (meaning observation). But in the event you have had no such experience, you may research a suitable organizational change (answering the questions through secondary research). In your post:

• Identify and describe the organization and the change you are discussing.
• Apply Lewin’s three stages of change to the incident.
• Apply force-field analysis to analyze the resistance to change encountered during the change process.
