Using the Fortado and Fadil article as a starting point, compare and contrast the types of organizational consulting that might be done by practitioners from each of the four organizational culture perspectives: human relations, software of the mind, process consultation, and appreciative inquiry. Organize your answer in four paragraphs, one for each perspective. First, describe the perspective, and then give examples as to what type of consulting a practitioner might do working from that perspective. You may augment your answer with other references. [MO 3.3]
