Your answer should incorporate at least two texts from the earlier period and at least two texts from the modern era. For before the 20th century = Discourses by Macchiavelli ; Allegory of the cave by PLATO) 2. In the course of the semester we have encountered situations where the distinction between truth and falsehood, deception and reality, have become blurred to the point of indistinction. Write an essay that analyzes how and why this blurring of categories occurred using at least three texts we have read this semester and that reflects on the consequences (personal, social, artistic) of this problem.
