Assignment Instructions Winding up a proposal: You won the lottery and decided to travel the world. Describe the process of winding up your business. Your plan must include the details to wind up your specific business to include debt securities. Provide details on the dissolution of your company (voluntary dissolution vs other types of dissolution), what liabilities you may face after dissolution, or the possibility of the sale of assets or merger with or acquisition by another corporation. Detail the process of liquidation as part of this assignment. Requirements Length: at least 2 double-spaced, 12 pt. font pages, not including title or reference page(s).
