3.Explain the problem of sexism in American society, how it affects the financial status of elderly women, especially single, widowed, and divorced older women, and means of upgrading the financial status of older women.

4.Design a multi-cultural senior center (refer to chapter 13 regarding different ethnic groups and populations such as never married/divorced, Hispanic Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans and Native Americans).
