For this practice exercise, you will improve your "trained eye" for professional business documents by revising a poorly crafted memo from the file attached below. Be sure to read BWS Ch 4, especially pages 85-86 for an example of an effectively designed memo. Your revision should do the following:

• Corrections to Memo Heading: include the full title for the memo writer, use consistent formatting of labels, and use a more descriptive subject line
• Adjust the tone of the memo: make it more collegial, more likely to obtain cooperation from colleagues
• Proofread: improve awkward phrasing throughout the memo, correct typos, grammatical and punctuation errors
• Improve readability and usability: break up blocks of text with headings and lists

Submission
1/2 to 1 page, single-spaced, block style memo. Be sure to use headings and lists to a group, organize, and signal content. Do not use underline.
