It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for AAAAAA, a bright undergraduate student who has shadowed me me since october 2020. AAAA has been able to assimilate into our busy practice effortlessly. He has empathy for others which allows him to work well with patients and his co-workers. He also has the ability to adapt to any challenge during the work day. I am certain that as a dental student he will succeed due to his immense care for patients and how quickly he is able to learn new and important skills in our profession. Adwar has dealt with people of diverse backgrounds during his time at our clinic. He has been able to make patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and welcomes patients to voice their concerns and fears regarding the dentist.. I am very lucky to have AAAA on my team and I am certain one day he can lead a dental team of his own. My office serves a large population seeing 15+ patients a day and with that, comes many changes in the day including emergencies, and changes in procedures. His ability to learn so quickly makes me certain he would excel as a dental student not only in academics but clinical work. AAA has expressed to me that as a child he went through a difficult surgical procedure which caused him to lose two permanent teeth. Ever since this traumatic experience AAAA has been determined to change his relationship with our profession and help others who have struggled with their oral health. AAAAA has the passion for this field and his personable traits as well as his ability to be versatile make me certain that he will make an excellent dentist one day.
