An intruder in a robbery attempt has shot and killed your loved one. She/he is now in the death penalty phase of the trial. You have been asked to testify as a victim by the prosecuting attorney. The murderer has apologized for her/his action. Will forgiveness be part of your testimony knowing that it will be taken into consideration in whether to give the intruder the death penalty.
