Besides educating people on the nature of foods they need to take per time depending on their body weight, the guide will also feature the nature of exercises individuals can engage in depending on their body weight. The emerging population is facing many dietary challenges due to human-made and natural challenges to the environment that are affecting food security both directly and indirectly (Dillard, 2019). This digital guide will be a platform for nutritionists to share their expertise, and people can readily access information through various internet-enabled gadgets. The nutritional values would be suggested based on body weight, age, and gender. In addition, experts would indicate food products or items that supplement each other in different regions.
Although we would like to target everybody, the most notable client base for this product/service would be those with young children, the elderly, and those having health issues.
