Part I: The game of football can teach many intangible lessons

Writing Jan 29, 2022

Part I: The game of football can teach many intangible lessons. In fact, it can change the lives of young people forever. What are some of the lessons you believe football is capable of teaching? How are these lessons learned? What are the effects on our society as a result?

Part II: Every coach encounters challenges while attempting to develop the best team possible. What challenges do you envision you will encounter as a coach?

Challenges In American Football Coaching

Part#1

The lessons learned in football have been a great help to me. The player must learn to catch the ball and, more importantly, learn to treat others and the values ??in the field; Football teaches one how to compete with others and oneself. When working with an opponent, one will need to read the field environment (investigation), and think carefully about how to overcome it (theory game), come up with an application, plan, and implement these strategies (performance). On their own, they need to change their body and develop to be a better athlete. If one does not learn to compete with each other, and day by day to improve it, one becomes the weakest link. It will also teach self-discipline: habits developed by our coaches in the morning, training in the mental state required so that each grade above a certain level of behavior is essential in all aspects of the game. When done with the ball, and they have no choice but to see the discipline, they will continue for the rest of their lives (Hotels4Teams, 2017).

Part#2

It is much more challenging to be a coach and manager than people speculate. An Open trial, bold honesty, and a lack of adoption seem to be more difficult than the coaches' and mentees' experience during their management career. Some of the issues include the absence of time, meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and organizational interests, and being honest. Lastly, change in technology affects coaching by influencing the accessibility of game infrastructures such as a ticket, field lines, and streaming of live games. Generally, these challenges make it difficult for one to coach effectively.
