The Centene Corporation has a lot of competition yet does not cater to a specific niche and does not have a tailor-made service such as oncology services. Furthermore, Centene products do not have a properly defined unique selling proposition and could result in Centene Corporation losing its market share to other competitors such as Humana (Kamitaki, Rishty, Mani et al., 2020), UnitedHealth Group, CVS Health, and Aetna. Besides, the Centene Corporation’s productivity is important when meeting the deadlines set by the providers. An issue arises when there is a multi-cultural mismatch that could result in problems happening within the team.
