As the CEO, it is your responsibility to introduce the new policies and practices recommended in Part I to the company and to stockholders. Produce a 5--10--minute speech to employees and stockholders explaining the new policies and practices being implemented at Acme. Include the following in your speech:

1. An explanation of the ethical decision-making foundation in your leadership practice (CO1, CO2)

2. An explanation of the new policies and practices that will be put in place (CO4)

3. A justification of the choices made for new policies and practices (CO2)

Submit the following for grading:

1. A PowerPoint slide presentation with 12--15 slides of content, plus a title slide and a reference slide

2. Speaker’s notes in the PowerPoint presentation to give context to the slides

PROJECT RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS

 o At least one source from a peer reviewed article (at least two for graduate)

o At least one source from a scholarly website (at least two for graduate)
