After going through the scenario, I side with scenario B. Scenario B supports Dr Meadows. It points out that we ought to address the matter by supplying contraceptives such as condoms to many individuals all around. Condom distribution was viewed and an ethical stance; it requires a change to be controlled to consider while utilizing them. Apart from that, HIV education and testing requires a vast platform; that way, the terms of secrecy can be evaded. Of the scenarios, scenario B had the most ethical response (Brown, Nash, Connor, Kirwan, Ogaz, Croxford, & Delpech, 2018).

Dr Meadows discusses that it is difficult to convert some African natives who endorse strict, narrow mindsets concerning HIV and AIDS prevention reimbursements. Following the scenario, HIV learning, volunteer screening, plus the availability of contraceptives such as condoms are the appropriate way to inform and lead the young generation and many others to stay away from the trail of this disease.
