We'd like for you to walk us through a previous team or team(s) as a case study. Guide us through the steps you took to help improve the development process.



1. What was the rollout plan for SCRUM (if it didn't already exist)?

2. What were the early successes and failures?

3. What key metrics were you tracking to determine success of process changes?

4. How did the team(s) adopt to change - what resistance did you see from development teams or business stakeholders?

Please crrate nice and detailed slides .... I will prefer not to use power point but other presentation program . I just want it to look as much unique and original as possible
