This paper will allow you to identify and describe your embraced leadership value system, otherwise known as your leadership style. Professionally, we have all experienced a situation that has challenged us to step outside of our comfort zone and put on our leadership hat. Provide an example or two in which you had to do this within your organization and how you responded to this need. This paper must demonstrate your understanding of the course content and its relation to the importance of effective leadership. It must have at least 10 pages of content (excluding cover page and reference page). It must have at least 10 reference sources, preferably peer-reviewed journal articles. APA formatting required.
