Decisions are useless if implementation is impossible. Organizational culture can impede decision making and implementation at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. Therefore, cultural evaluation is necessary. To accomplish this, you will define a method, complete an analysis, identify the organization’s complexity and risk tolerance, and create an action plan. [MO 3.1, MO 3.2, MO 3.3]

Instructions

Write a 10- to 14-page paper (2500 to 3850 words) in APA format. Do not exceed 14 pages (not including the title page or references).

Use the headings below when completing this written assignment. You must use at least ten references in this paper; nine of these references need to be sources not provided in the course. Six of these sources must be scholarly peer-reviewed journal articles; three references can be white papers published by professional organizations (e.g., Society for Human Resources Management). No blogs, wikis, or news websites will be accepted.
