Determining “the best” approach to making a decision is impacted by personal bias, past experience, and the complexity of the decision. Understanding the complexity of the decision helps create a foundation for choosing a “best” decision-making approach. 

Using the material on decision-making models/theories in this module, evaluate your personal decision-making style. Answer the following: 

• What is your default approach to decision making? Does this vary from a personal to an organizational context?
• Explain how your default decision-making approach is or is not viable when working on complex decisions within an organizational context.
• Provide an example of when you have been challenged with a complex decision. Reflecting on that decision, what model/theory best fits your approach? 
• How might you need to adapt your decision-making style to better address complex problems? 

Include at least five references in your post. Two must be from sources not provided in the module’s study materials.
