#Q7

A form design is a process that involves creating a web form.  The form design is usually designed to provide a site for visitors to input and submit their information.  As the visitor submits their data, they have to ensure that they keep the form’s format, appearance, UX, layout, and another essential factor in their mind.  A good form design will have to enhance the UX and also help in boosting conversions.

A good form design usually depends on the length and type. To ensure that a form design is good, we have to make it more straightforward (Purhita & Iriani, 2021).  It does not need to have much information as it will be risky in losing the conversions and submissions. The form design should have an image scape which will have to increase the rate of conversion.  A good form design should have one column.  It is essential to stick to a single column layout as they are usually easy to understand, submit, follow and complete for the visitors.

A good design form usually has an inline form field validation.  This inline form field validation is when visitors' information is generally reviewed as they are working over the form. For instance, if a visitor attempts to fill up incorrect information, such as an invalid email, an error message will appear inside or below the form. This will notify the visitor of their error, and they will quickly correct the mess.

A good form design should be designed so that it has to obtain and display the intended information in an efficient and accessible manner. We have to understand how to suit our visitors. When our visitors get frustrated with our form, it is evidenced that they are at the risk of leaving the site. It is essential to ensure that the form has data that will positively impact the visitors instead of frustrated them.

#Q11

GUI is a graphics-based operating system interface that usually uses menus, mouse, and icons to manage interaction with the system. GUI, which is also the graphical User Interface, is used mainly in software programs and commercially popular operating systems of a computer.  This interface usually allows for web design programs and word processing. For instance, it often offers WYSIWYG options which are identified as (what you see is what you get).

A graphical User Interface usually means how communication is made to a computer application without typing the instructions. GUI mainly consists of picture-like items, such as arrows and icons (Tanaka, 2021). Designing the temporal behavior and visual composition of a GUI is essential in human-computer interaction. The primary purpose of GUI is to help in enhancing efficiency and make it easier to use the underlying logical design of the stored program.

The main feature of Graphical User Interface is that they are much easier when it comes to being used for beginners. GUI is essential as they make it easier to exchange information between software. It usually involves "drag and drop" or cut and paste. GUI becomes a standard of user-centered design when it comes to software application programming. It typically offers the user the capability of operating a computer and any other electronic devices through direct graphical icons manipulations such as scroll bars, tabs, cursors, menus, and buttons.

In conclusion, the principal objective of having a GUI is to enable the user to have a concentration power on the task at hand. To facilitate this occurrence, there should be an interface between the computer seamless and the human. We have to understand that modern GUI adheres to one of the three facto standards: the IBM SAA, the MIT X- Windowing System, and Apple Macintosh.
