Another moral issue faced the board of the floroll manufacturing company. the sales team , lead by peter sell, the sales director had recently closed a multi-million dollar deal

with an african state for the supply of florolls, however the first group of the country's elite engineers had just completed the company's two month training course on floroll maintainance and operations and vic smith, the training manager, had reported to the board that the level of skill and knowledge available in the country was so low that no amount of training would ever enable them to properly operate and maintain equipment as complex as floroll. It was Vic's opinion that the country would much better off buying a less featured but simpler product,such as sold by a competitor. Should the board disclose this information to the customer?
