a. Compute the quantized coefficients of your filter using the following values of N: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16.
Make sure your values are all listed in a table so that quick comparisons are possible with the original coefficients.
b. Draw seven plots showing the magnitude frequency with the original filter coefficients and the magnitude frequency response of each of the
coefficients calculated for the different values of N overlapping it.
c. What value of N allows you to get a magnitude frequency response identical to the original magnitude frequency response?
d. Why do you think the different values of N gave us such dramatic changes in the magnitude frequency response?
e. What conclusions can you draw about the effect of using a limited number of bits for encoding the values of the FIR filter coefficients?
