The topic this week is "Leadership & Ethics." We see examples of political, organizational, social, cultural, personal, etc. leadership everyday in the news and/or in our lives. How do you define "ethics?" What role do you feel ethics play in our leadership today. Avoid getting into specific discussions about WHO is right; or why certain political parties are RIGHT. Talk about the characteristics of ethics. For instance, instead of framing the discussion in terms of "which political party is right," talk about the role accurate information plays in all discussions. Discuss the concept of responsibility in leadership. Don't try to persuade someone that "your side is correct." Think about this from a leader's perspective--how do ethical leaders act--no matter what "side" they represent
