Moreover, related fields such as regulatory affairs, scientific communication, and product safety or surveillance will help boost my study within the pharmaceutical department.

             Leadership is an aspect that entails having control or authority to coordinate activities and carry out procedures through directing a specific group on what to do. As a pharmacist student, I deal with other students in my class and during practical studies in the laboratories. I had the opportunity to lead a team of pharmacist students from my class during a laboratory session where the directives were written down, and I had to read them out for them to write down as they did the practical (John, 2018). I carried out the process well enough to ensure that everyone benefited from the study session because I knew how vital that session was. We also interacted with other pharmacists who joined our class to help facilitate a positive attitude towards our study. Because the laboratory session counted as part of our final mark exams, there was a need to proceed with caution and precision; therefore, effective leadership was required.

             As a pharmacist student, I have to complete an innovative project as part of my requirements for completing my course work. I worked on a project that delved into the improvement in medicine manufacturing. My project was based on precision medicine which entails classifying patient treatments as individuals rather than as groups. Thus, focusing on individual patients ensures that their body reactions to certain medicine types can be studied and improved on as required (Qudrat-Ullah, 2017). Using advanced manufacturing methods such as additive manufacturing ensures that drugs' pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetic characteristics get issued in the right dosage according to the sex, age, and comorbidities associated with clinical assortment (Qudrat-Ullah, 2017). The project proved that precision medicine helped achieve more positive health outcomes because individual treatment ensured that the right kind of treatment was administered to the right patient for positive results.
