Chapter #7 in this  week's reading focuses on  SCCT and Coomb's recommendations for crisis response based upon given situations.  If you search YouTube, you can see video explanations Coombs' offers about SCCT from  10 years ago - but  as you might imagine, though  much  is the same, SCCT has also evolved.
