Course Exercise Two – Interview three applicants for a position. (Individual) Submit as

- Identify the job for which you are seeking to hire employees. You can use one of the jobs from the CE
1 scenario. Provide a short summary of the Job Description including title/industry.
- Identify three candidates including their resumes or applications. You can change the -
names/addresses for confidentiality reasons if you wish.
- List the questions you intend to ask and the responses of the three candidates. You can summarize the
answers or write specific answers.
- Advise who you would choose for the job and why.
