MGMT 690 Red Zuma Case Project Assignment Instructions

You will complete the Red Zuma Case Project, found in the Create text. The project will bring together many of the skills developed throughout the program, including the use of Microsoft Project software, project planning, evaluation, reporting, and analysis. The Red Zuma Case Project will be completed in both Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word. For this assignment, you will post one Microsoft Project file (you will post the file that includes all adjustments and inclusions from parts 1–4, not multiple files of the project as it was completed). You will also include 1 Word document that is divided into 4 parts (parts 1-4). Remember, for each part, the Microsoft Project file will be in development – you will not submit Microsoft Project file updates, only the final project following part 4B. The Red Zuma Case Project submission will include:

Microsoft Word file that includes a title page and is divided into 4 parts (begin each part on a new page)

Microsoft Project file reflecting all elements of the project (parts 1–4).

After each portion of the assignment include a brief discussion (i.e. 3-4 paragraphs) regarding what changes you would make to the schedule/project structure to enhance the team’s:
