Use an economic, management or finance concepts learned in this class to analyze and make an overall and summative analysis of a company. (For this assignment, you must use researched and factual information and economic, management or finance theories to support the arguments that you will present.)

Overall Company Analysis:

For this question you should address the following, but can expand as you see fit:

Chose a company for which you will do an overall analysis of credit risk.

Consider economic, management or finance concepts to present some of the most important characteristics of that company which are relevant to your work. You must use researched and factual information when responding to this question:

Overall Analysis:

Using the following criteria, make an overall assessment of the essential Business, Financial & Liquidity characteristics of that company, explaining which risks are faced by that company. You must integrate a few economic, management or finance concepts acquired in this class to address this question.

Which are the strengths possessed by that company:

o Global or domestic leader, well-established,…?

o Demand fundamentals?

o Diversified, stable or volatile cash flows?

o Track record of growth & success?

o Debt leverage?

Recommend a course of action that would address and limit the risks of lending to that company.

 (This last question will account for a significant portion of your paper’s grade)

General Instructions

You must integrate economic, management or finance theories learned in class and apply them to your analysis.

You must state your interpretation of the information that you provided and then justify your interpretation using several arguments that you will need to explain.
