Reflecting upon the learning activities you completed in this module, find a case study on the internet of a person who has suffered a brain trauma. Create a blog post that illustrates your knowledge and application of brain structure and function. Your post should address the following: Give the basic demographic (e.g., gender, age, etc.) and background of the individual, as well as a brief description of how the trauma occurred. Describe, in detail, the areas/networks of the brain that were traumatized and the extent of that trauma. How has the brain injury impacted the person’s behavior, motor skills, verbal skill, personality, etc.? How does this impact correspond to the damaged area(s)? Explain any prevention measures that might have avoided or at least lessened the brain trauma?
