Through a contemporary literature review, (and not just an Internet search) identify a significant patient harm event, and then develop a proposal on how to address that scenario using a Just Culture solution.

In the first section (Analysis) of the paper, 5 assignment elements are necessary, (1) Select a scenario and provide a strong synopsis of the scenario selected, (2) Frame the proposal by describing analysis methods/models to be used, (3) Discuss the intended results, (4) Provide an overview for improvement recommendations, and (5) Explore potential Barriers. 

In the second section, students are expected to provide both definition and real-world application of terms related to quality improvement, patient safety, and/or performance improvement integration. Finally, conclusions will be drawn at the closing of the paper.  

In the end, this paper seeks to evaluate the degree to which students (1) understand the overall concept of Just Culture, and (2) can apply that concept to a real-world example.

The paper should be written in a concise and academic manner citing relevant resources to support your arguments, using APA 7  writing style guidelines.
